As DRET Sports Lead Coach in Lincolnshire you will be responsible for the planning, delivery and growth of sport across our Primary and Secondary Academies through delivering enrichment clubs, fixtures, events, team teaching, coaching days and more.You'll work closely with the DRET sport and PE departments to increase attendance, standards and performance, whilst also delivering a range of WOW days in Primary schools.Candidates must have a knowledge of sport structures and formats, ability to deliver engaging and high quality classes / sessions and ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and volunteers.Based in NE Lincolnshire at Havelock Academy with remote working in Academies across the Trust during the week, and further afield at agreed times during the academic year. Split base considered between Havelock Academy and other Lincolnshire DRET site e.g. 2 days at both.We're looking for someone with a minimum of a Level 2 NGB coaching qualification, experience with
primary and secondary age groups and ability to increase participation and performance.NJC 4 - 17 (FTE) depending on experience
40 weeks per year (38 term time + 2 weeks)
3 - 5 days per week, 23 hours, up to 37 hours per week - agreed with candidate
