You will be responsible for ensuring our fresh potato factory and equipment meets auditing standards at all times. Do you offer? * Flexibility * The ability to work at own initiative * Good attention to detail The role of a hygiene operative is varied and involves a considerable amount of working on your own to complete hands-on manual hygiene tasks. Examples include; * Cleaning of machinery & equipment * Undertaking weekly deep cleans of operational areas * Daily sweeping and cleaning of floors and surfaces * Routine steam cleaning of washers and other equipment * Undertake routine checks on all production areas to ensure they meet hygiene standards * Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks & provide efficient handover to others within the team. * Ensure all cleaning equipment is utilised and stored correctly. * Identify areas for improvement and assist with implementing policies and procedures across site.
