We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Inspector to join our client's highly successful Norwich branch! This role doesn't require previous property experience, as full training will be provided. However, this role would suit individuals with experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Viewing Representative, Inspection Clerk, or anyone who assesses property condition.
As a Property Inspector, you will be involved in carrying out regular inspections across a portfolio of managed properties throughout Norwich and the surrounding areas. Therefore, this role would be ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Working arrangements:
6. Full-time, permanent position
7. Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm
8. No bank holiday working required.
Key Responsibilities of a Property Inspector:
9. Conduct routine property inspections at occupied residential properties
10. Assess the overall condition and presentation of homes
11. Identify maintenance issues, damage, leaks, ventilation concerns, and health & safety risks
12. Check smoke alarms and ensure properties are being maintained appropriately
13. Produce clear inspection reports and communicate findings effectively
14. Deliver a professional and personable service to tenants and landlords
Property Inspector requirements:
15. Full UK Driving Licence essential
16. Strong communication and organisational skills
17. Excellent attention to detail and practical judgement
18. Positive, motivated, and reliable attitude
19. Comfortable working independently
