Role Responsibilities and Duties for the project Coordinator:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Project Managers, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery of projects.
2. Manage all project documentation and document control processes, including O&M manuals, RAMS, compliance records, certificates, and version-controlled project files.
3. Coordinate resource planning, scheduling, and job allocation for internal engineers and subcontractors, maintaining accurate live records within CRM and project management systems.
