Support Administrator
A lovely opportunity for someone who has proven administrative and customer service experience. Your role will be to play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Handling phone and email enquiries regarding orders queries
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Processing customer orders
* Obtaining product costs and delivery times
* Carrying out calculations based on supplier prices
* Liaising with carriers to resolve delivery issues when required
* Keeping accurate records of enquiries, orders, and quotes for easy team access
