Recruiting Coordinator (4-Month Temp) – Onsite Only
Location: Seattle, WA (South Lake Union)
Duration: 4 Months
Pay: $27–30/hr
We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy hiring season. You’ll manage interview logistics, candidate communication, and admin support for a lean recruiting team. Fully onsite in SLU.
You’ll Be Doing:
* Coordinating phone and onsite interviews
* Greeting candidates and setting up interview rooms
* Prepping offer letters and supporting onboarding docs
* Light reporting/tracking using Google Sheets or ATS
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, admin, or staffing
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and calendars
Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
