Location: Sandbrook Park, Rochdale
Salary: £28K Plus Bonus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Your Core Responsibilities
As Recruitment Team Leader, your role will be split between hands-on recruiting and team leadership, including:
* Overseeing the recruitment process for healthcare staff
* Managing, coaching and developing a small team of recruiters
* Monitoring performance and supporting the team to meet individual and group KPIs
* Reporting on recruitment metrics and trends to the Head of Recruitment
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with our regional hubs to forecast recruitment needs
* Ensuring the applicant tracking system (ATS) is fully utilised and up to date
* Engaging candidates and supporting them through a smooth and timely onboarding journey
What We're Looking For
* A passionate people-first recruiter with at least 1 year of experience (healthcare experience is a bonus!)
* Someone who is results-driven and enjoys working to targets
* Confident with systems, calls, and candidate communication
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proven ability to lead, support or mentor others, even informally - or a natural step-up for an experienced recruiter looking to grow
