Overview
Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Oxford Outcomes, Red Moor School, Lanlivery PL30 5BT. Location: Red Moor School. Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE) plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (part-time considered); Contract: Permanent (term time only, or flexible around full-time).

Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils within an in-house clinical team.
* Work collaboratively with the education team to support pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs.
* Hold a Speech and Language Therapy caseload with support from a designated clinical supervisor and site lead.
* Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
* Contribute to the development of an enhanced speech and language therapy offer through supporting apprentices, students and therapy assistants.
Qualifications and Experience (Essential)
* Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree
* Valid HCPC registration
* Registered member of RCSLT
* At least 5+ years of practicing experience at specialist level with the target client group in a similar setting
* Strong knowledge and clinical understanding underpinned by theory and practical experience
* Experience in multidisciplinary working and, where appropriate, service and team performance responsibilities
* Excellent communication with families/relatives and carers
* Experience in developing training and presenting to groups
* Experience in providing professional and clinical supervision
* Experience taking part in research projects and conducting audits
* Advanced knowledge of core SaLT practice and RCSLT standards; understanding neurodivergence, trauma-informed practice
