Store Manager in Penzance — 40 hours per week

What you'll do
* Delivering an outstanding customer proposition by providing a great customer experience and driving sales through service.
* Managing the branch day-to-day: checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
* Leading and motivating a team to achieve great results, fostering a positive culture with feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions, building relationships, and ensuring your team receive development to support future business growth and succession.
* Setting an example from the front, coaching, motivating and engaging your team to create a great place to work with strong engagement.
* Maintaining product availability and high branch standards, while creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.
