Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Assistant to join a leading Facilities Management company in Benson. The role involves supporting the commercial and operational teams to adhere to all processes and procedures, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update commercial trackers
* Support commercial and operational teams as needed
* Order materials for sites
* Manage purchase card administration
* Enter costs into CAFM system
* Prepare quotes and update registers for clients
* Report work completion and assist in payment applications
* Validate and process subcontractor invoices
* Monitor email inboxes and assign emails appropriately
* Conduct audits
* Order and maintain consumable stock levels
* Process holiday, expenses, and overtime claims
* Review Maximo reports and follow up on outstanding jobs
* Collate engineers' reports and timesheets to support service delivery
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with COINS (desirable)
* Experience in buying, purchasing, and invoicing
* Strong administrative skills
* Minimum 1-year experience as a Commercial Assistant
* Facilities Management experience
