Property Helpdesk Coordinator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
This is a growing team so there may be an opportunity of a permanent role.
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Location: Oxford until the end of the year, then Aylesbury, hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
About the role:
To support the Helpdesk Manager and Property Team in delivering Compliance, Servicing, Reactive, Responsive, Planned, and Preventative Maintenance to care homes, other premises including day centres, and offices where applicable. The Property Helpdesk Coordinator will assist with administration tasks related to statutory servicing, inspections, general maintenance, and contract management. Additionally, this role will support the homes with reactive requests via the Helpdesk and monitor job statuses via the CAFM system. The ideal candidate will ensure each request is followed through from start to finish with care and updated on the CAFM system, as residents are at the heart of our organisation.
Maintain all aspects of the CAFM system, including:
* Asset data
* Estate Data
* Contractor data
* Compliance and Reactive data
About you:
* Certificate in Facilities Management or similar qualification in Property Management - Desirable but not essential
* GCSE or equivalent in English & Mathematics
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience working in a similar role within a property management team
* At least 2 years’ experience supporting responsive maintenance functions, including contract management - Desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of building maintenance, risks, and compliance issues
* Experience with facilities management systems (CAFM)
