The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth with a combined annual target of around £250,000.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for winning new clients across a variety of sectors while managing, renewing, and growing existing accounts, helping organisations get the most out of our award-winning learning content and solutions.
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, understanding client challenges, and delivering the right solutions to meet their needs. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on both client success and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships across all levels of prospective clients, driving meaningful engagement and opportunities.
* Identify, develop, and close new business, combining inbound leads with targeted outbound sales efforts.
* Present and propose a range of off-the-shelf and bespoke video-based learning solutions via face-to-face meetings, online sessions, and written proposals.
* Partner with senior managers to navigate and negotiate more complex new business opportunities.
* Plan and execute targeted sales activity to achieve defined KPIs and revenue targets.
* Maintain a clear and accurate forecast and pipeline using HubSpot CRM to ensure consistent, data-driven progress.
The successful candidate will:
* ideally have experience selling technology-based solutions to HR/L&D professionals;
* have a consistent record of achievement against sales targets;
* have experience of creating sales proposals and bid responses;
* be able to manage a sales cycle with multiple points of contact.

* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and client requests.

* A genuine self-starter, motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
