* Post 1: 37 hours per week

As a key member of our HR service, you’ll work collaboratively with managers and leaders providing expert advice on all aspects of HR and organisational development, with a strong focus on transformation, cultural change, and strategic workforce planning.
Your Role And Responsibilities
1. Provide expert technical HR/OD advice across the spectrum of HR services to support organisational change and operational people management.
2. Deliver people-focused change programmes aligned with service strategies.
