Responsibilities: * Supervise daily installation operations, follow project plans, and organize necessary manpower, equipment, and resources. * Ensure installation activities align with project specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements. * Manage subcontractor teams, providing direction to ensure smooth progress in installation processes. * Maintain site organization and optimize workflow efficiency throughout the installation process. * To guide regular quality inspections with Quality teams to ensure that installation work meets high-quality standards. * Identify quality issues on-site, provide feedback to relevant teams, and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Provide technical expertise to resolve installation-related issues quickly and effectively. * Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions for on-site challenges. * Plan and track corrective actions in case of project deviations or errors. * Provide regular updates to engineers and managers, detailing project advancements, encountered issues, and resolution processes. * Guide Quality teams for document completion of installation activities through inspection reports and testing records for project handover preparation. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure steady workflow and project alignment. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the installation of paper machines or similar heavy industrial equipment. Experience with Valmet paper machines is highly preferred. * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme). * NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferable. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Valid equivalent CSCS Card
