Job Title: Part-Time Practice Payroll Clerk Location: Redditch Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Pro Rata) Hours: Part-Time - 30 hours per week About Us We are a well-established accountancy practice based in Redditch, known for delivering reliable, personalised services to a diverse range of clients. Due to continued growth, we're looking to welcome a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to our friendly team on a part-time basis. The Role As a Practice Payroll Clerk, you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients across various industries. You'll ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent service in every aspect of payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and regulations Submit RTI reports to HMRC Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.) Produce payslips, P60s, and P45s Handle payroll queries from clients with professionalism and clarity Liaise with HMRC and pension providers as needed About You We're looking for someone who is organised, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced practice environment.
