Hiring: Adult Clinical Lead – Complex Care (Nurse Case Manager) Location: Remote (1 day per week at Wimbledon Head Office) Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 per annum We’re recruiting for an experienced Adult Nurse Case Manager / Clinical Lead to join a specialist complex care provider supporting adults with long-term conditions in their own homes across London and the South East.
