The role
We are hiring a Digital Content Lead to drive consistently high quality content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with additional use of print, direct mail, and LinkedIn for our trade partners.
You will work closely with our Head of Digital Content, Jim, who will lead filming, photography, and editing initially.
The Directors will have final sign off on brand critical, sensitive, and major campaign content.
What you will do
Run the weekly content calendar, scheduling and posting across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Repurpose content for each platform, including captions, titles, thumbnails, and calls to action
Publish content that links to our website and marketing literature, always brand aligned
Manage comments and messages, escalate sensitive cases appropriately
Build and schedule email marketing using approved templates
Post and coordinate LinkedIn content for B2B and trade partners
Keep the asset library organised, maintain version control, and support the basic workflow
Provide weekly reporting and improvements, including engagement, traffic, and lead indicators
What we are looking for
Experience running social content for a brand, with proven growth results
Strong copywriting, judgement, and a sensitive, professional tone
Highly organised, consistent, and comfortable working to an approvals process
Confident reporting on performance, including engagement, reach, clicks, and website traffic
Bonus: email marketing experience and LinkedIn for B2B
