Job Overview

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional clinical leader to spearhead the strategic implementation of a pioneering digital application for Prostate Specific-Antigen (PSA) monitoring. This transformative initiative aims to bridge the gap between primary and secondary care, enhancing patient pathways and supporting national priorities for digital innovation.

Essential criteria
* NMC registered nurse
* Advanced Practice MSc
* Accredited ACP
* Completed NMP qualifications
* Leadership qualification


Desirable criteria

* ICH GCP


Special circumstances

Essential criteria
* Ability to work cross site and regionally


Experience

Essential criteria
* Significant post registration experience in clinical urology
* Experience in formulating protocols and standards
* Experience in clinical audit and independent research
* Managing financial processes and reporting within funded projects or programmes
* Familiarity with governance requirements for research and innovation projects


Skills and Knowledge

Essential criteria
* Comprehensive theoretical and clinical knowledge of urological conditions
* Ability to analyse and report performance and financial data
* Knowledge of research governance processes
* Team leadership and supervising junior colleagues and other MDT members
