* Significant post registration experience in clinical urology
* Experience in formulating protocols and standards
* Experience in clinical audit and independent research
* Managing financial processes and reporting within funded projects or programmes
* Familiarity with governance requirements for research and innovation projects
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Comprehensive theoretical and clinical knowledge of urological conditions
* Ability to analyse and report performance and financial data
* Knowledge of research governance processes
* Team leadership and supervising junior colleagues and other MDT members
