How You’ll Make an Impact
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Client Development to join our London team. Your mission will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing complex products, highly differentiated solutions into Epsilon and Publicis Groupe's existing portfolio of clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing business. You’ll report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in office).
What You’ll Achieve
* Use business acumen to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and position Epsilon's offerings to meet clients' business goals.
* Drive revenue by navigating internal structures and building relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
* Deliver customized sales solutions through a consultative approach that aligns with client objectives.
* Manage accounts effectively internally and externally.
* Build relationships with decision makers and influencers at the client level.
* Quickly understand the client’s landscape to address their needs competitively and meaningfully.
* Negotiate with stakeholders to create positive outcomes for all parties.
* Lead internal teams for the successful delivery of client solutions.
Who You Are
* 5-8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, SaaS, or client management, including client-side, ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency roles.
* Experience with marketing components like strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.
* Self-motivated with the ability to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
* Capable of assessing client objectives and formulating strategies using Epsilon's full product suite.
* Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling.
* Strong strategic and business planning skills.
* Understanding of analytics tools and techniques.
* Knowledge of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Effective communicator at all organizational levels.
* Team-oriented and collaborative.
* Proven sales and business development record.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
