Your role as a customer success executive:
* Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout
* Coordinate high-value 1:1 meetings between sponsors and senior delegates to maximise ROI and engagement
* Act as the main point of contact for delegate enquiries in the lead-up to each event, providing timely and helpful support
* Manage key admin and logistics tasks with strong time management and attention to detail
* Collaborate with both the sales and customer success managers to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
About you:
* You must be degree-educated, with a strong academic background
* Fluent in Arabic is a bonus but not essential
* Someone who is personable, confident, and naturally enjoys building relationships
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Thrives in fast-paced environments and works well under pressure
* Previous experience working with corporate clients is highly desirable
