Administration Team Leader - 32k
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader who can manage and support the Central Administration Function including the Membership Team. This role will also include administration support to the Office Manager and Directors.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the office by managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring service levels are achieved, and internal customers have the required support
Responsibilities
* Delegate tasks and set clear team objectives aligned with organisational goals
* Complete 121’s and provide training and support to the Membership Team
* Collaborate with other departments and managers to facilitate workflow and solve problems.
* To support the Office Manager with holiday cover and tasks when appropriate.
* Maintaining positive business relationships with customers
* Mentor team members, fostering professional development and continuous learning
Skills required
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.>\
* Experience working within a Team Leader or Supervisory position
* Ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Proven customer service skills
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* High level of organisational and time management capabilities.
