Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management to effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. You must also be capable at editing videos and creating organic content.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
* Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels in a timely manner.
* Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
* Assist in managing public relations initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
* Be confident in using (Canva, Adobe and Capcut)
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential.
* Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.40 per hour
