Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Gloucestershire law firm
Join a well-established Gloucestershire law firm in its successful family department as a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
About the role:
* Manage a caseload of family law matters: divorce, finances, TOLATA, children’s matters, pre/post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreement and separation agreements
* Attend court
* Have strong client relationship skills to ensure high-quality service
* Be prepared to be involved in the marketing and promotion of the family department
Your experience:
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in family law
* Resolution member or similar accreditation is desirable
