HSE Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities :
In accordance with the process "Execute QHSE Assurance Plan - Fabrication".
Fabrication Supplier's compliance with Employer's HSE Requirements according to contract.
Based on risk approach, plan and conduct supplier and process assessments according to relevant activity program.
HSE support to Clients Package and Fabrication Team.
Implement and/or follow up on Supplier HSE Improvements (where handed over) and Assurance / Activity Plan according to Project Baseline Agreement.
Contribute to HSE supplier performance reporting.
Communicate and coordinate operational HSE initiatives and interfaces across the organisation.
Role model a safety culture that promotes continuous improvements.
Requirements :
Completed IOSH course or NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to certificate level or similar.
Preferable completed NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to Diploma Level or similar.
Recommended five years of relevant experience within mature industrial manufacturing, ideally within fabrication.
Recommended ten years of experience within QHSE Management
