Social Workers - Ealing Children's Social Care

Grade 10. Salary £44,685 to £48,003 per annum (inclusive).


About the Role

Rated Good by Ofsted (2024). Ealing Children’s Services is on a clear and ambitious improvement journey, with strong leadership, improving practice standards, and well‑managed caseloads that allow social workers to build meaningful relationships with children and families.

This role places you at the forefront of safeguarding children and young people and supports you to connect children, young people and families to strengthen our community.

* Give people power and choice wherever possible.
* Collaborate across teams and community organisations with a generous, open and curious mindset.
* Innovate and explore new ways to better serve our residents.
* Use resources efficiently while maintaining high‑quality services.

Essential Qualifications And Requirements

* Qualified Social Worker (Degree, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent).
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Experience working with children and families in statutory or voluntary settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
