It is important you live within a 10 mile radius of the office as the role is office based. The role of IT Support Engineer is dynamic in nature and covers all aspects of modern IT support. A good working knowledge of 365 Admin Centre's and windows based operating systems and networks is essential and the ideal candidate will be Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals. The team support small to medium size businesses in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Engineer Skillset Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Telephone support Onsite support Assisting Clients with a variety of technical issues Assisting Clients in planning future upgrades Essential Skills: 3-4 years Industry experience Microsoft 365 Admin Center Exchange Admin Center SharePoint Admin Center Endpoint Manager admin Center Microsoft Purview Microsoft 365 Defender Azure Active Directory and Endpoint experience Sound understanding of IPv4 networking.
