Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum + negotiable commission, dividends, and company shares. Benefits include a company car or car allowance and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Promote installation, maintenance and repair of industrial roller shutters, smoke & fire curtains and security gates for new builds and refurbishment projects.
* Manage day-to-day operations of the company while focusing on sales strategy.
* Drive sales growth through facilities management, fire safety companies, contractors, architects and end‑user clients.
* Respond to and manage repair/maintenance call‑outs from existing customers.
* Lead and develop a team of engineers and directly supervise one direct report.
* Collaborate across operational and financial functions to support business success.
Qualifications
* Experience in industrial roller shutters, smoke & fire curtains, security gates, building services or related product background.
* Strong sales bias with proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and run a business.
* Established contacts within facilities management and fire safety sectors (preferred).
* Experience in people management (preferred).
* Ambitious career growth aspirations and a desire to take on a high‑impact leadership role.
