Job Responsibilities
* Review client purchase orders and attachments, as well as Sales handover documentation.
* Issue job instructions and liaise with internal departments and specialists to ensure completion.
* Develop and monitor project schedules for effective project control.
* Monitor the development of Quality Plans to maintain high standards.
* Draft material, fabrication, and equipment purchase order requisitions and specifications.
* Review sub-contractor bids, including technical aspects.
* Distribute and review drawings and documents, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
* Compile and control necessary contract variations, status reports, and shipping lists.
* Liaise with clients to ensure equipment meets specifications and negotiate for additional requirements.
* Manage sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
* Collaborate with client's site management team and Construction Manager/Supervisor for contracts involving erection.
* Undertake duties and responsibilities as directed by Projects Director/Project Engineering Manager.
* Travel internationally for meetings with clients and suppliers.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Qualifications to HND/Degree level in an engineering discipline preferred.
2. Strong project engineering or project management background within a technical environment.
