Accountant - Reading - Hybrid - 12 month contract - £200 - £25p per day
I am currently recruiting for an Accountant for a leading facilities management company in Reading who require an Accountant on a long-term contract
Key duties:
* Manage and lead the transactional finance team
* Review bank reconciliations.
* Approve payment runs.
* Onboard new vendors & verify bank details.
* Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations
* Reconcile intercompany balances
* Calculate and post intercompany recharges.
* Prepare Group accruals and prepayments schedules.
* Maintain fixed asset schedules and reconcile monthly.
* Prepare commentary on monthly P&L variances
* Liaise with auditors to provide samples for the year end audit.
* Support with continuous improvement to business processes.
* Ad - Hoc duties
What you will need to be successful:
* AAT Qualified (desirable)
* Deadline focussed
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Good attention to detail
