Leaving Care Personal Advisor Location: Tiverton, Devon Contract: Initially 3 months Hours: 37 per week Pay: £17 – £21 per hour (umbrella), depending on experience (£13-£16 PAYE an hour) Devon County Council is seeking a dedicated Leaving Care Personal Advisor to support young people aged 16–25 as they transition from local authority care into independence. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the futures of care-experienced young people—providing guidance, practical support, and a trusted relationship when it matters most.
