Job Description
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organisational objectives.
4. Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to support staff development.
5. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations and performance management.
6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR practices.
7. Oversee payroll, pensions, benefits administration, and employee records management.
8. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
9. Support organisational change and workforce planning strategies.
10. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Manager should be:
11. CIPD qualified
12. Proven experience in HR management
13. A strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
14. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
15. Experience implementing HR strategies and policies effectively.
16. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
17. Experience of managing payroll
