Camberley Glass and Windows have been established for over 60 years, we offer a huge range of products including upvc and aluminium windows, doors, warmer roofs, bifold doors and roof lanterns. Most of our work is within a 20 mile radius and we cover Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and parts of South London.
Due to a longstanding senior member of the team retiring, we are looking for an experienced & knowledgeable home improvement Sales person to join our busy, friendly team.
What you'll be doing
Attending appointments at customer's homes and in our showroom, dealing with leads face to face, over the telephone and by email. You'll prepare quotations and see them through, using the state-of-the-art Tommy Trinder visualisation software.
You will be expected to offer design solutions that meet expectations and deliver within budget for our clients.
Working with us, you'll be an expert on our extensive range of windows, doors, warmer roofs and other home fixtures. You'll know the difference between double and triple glazing and the benefits of uPVC and Aluminium. You will be aware of brands such as The Residence Collection and Solidor and you'll know about current middle to high end aluminium products.
You will also work alongside the Director to develop new relationships and build on our existing customer base.
What we're looking for
The role requires someone experienced in the window industry with a proven sales track record, ideally with a minimum of ten years successful sales experience
You'll be hardworking, passionate and ambitious.
You have a good understanding of building projects, technical plans and building regs, with excellent attention to detail.
You're customer-focused. You talk and listen. Sales experience is great, but you don't 'sell'.
You find solutions to problems, committed to getting the best result for all concerned. Not just because it's your job; but because you care.
