Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand and product growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing, with expertise in digital marketing strategies, project management and CRM development. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a creative mindset to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Duties
* Lead, develop and deliver the marketing plan aligned to company objectives
* Manage the marketing team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
* Provision of high-quality content and communication with potential and existing customers
* Website and brand management & reporting performance analysis
* Improve, organise and share marketing collateral with business partners
* Manage social media engagement and followings
* Manage the company's website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with branding guidelines.
* Supporting the sales teams with lead conversion and maintenance of existing relationships
* Virtual and physical event management
* Full responsibility for the integrity and management of the CRM system
* Understanding the competitive landscape and utilising marketing strategies to generate an advantage
* Structure marketing strategies to ensure consistent improvements on effectiveness
* Create quarterly internal newsletters
* Build and maintain a catalogue of testimonials and post market feedback reports
* Management of the Marketing budget and associated contracts to ensure return on spend
* Ad hoc project tasks when required
Requirements
* Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, email marketing, social media management, and Google Ads.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
* A solid understanding of IT concepts as they relate to digital marketing initiatives is advantageous.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Proven track record of developing marketing plans

* Self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
