What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing seasonal outerwear collections
* Driving concepts from research and sketching through to production
* Creating detailed design packs and technical specifications
* Collaborating closely with development, fit, and production teams
* Mentoring junior designers and supporting team growth
* Researching trends, fabrics, trims, and innovation opportunities
* Presenting collections and product knowledge internally
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years’ experience in womenswear outerwear design, outerwear experience is essential
* Strong garment construction, fit, and fabric knowledge
* Advanced Illustrator and Photoshop skills
* A highly creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Passion for elevated product and considered detail
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* In-house fashion brand experience
* 3D design familiarity (Style3D etc.)
