We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, providing supervision for students in the absence of teaching staff. This vital role supports our Key Stage 3 and 4 students by helping to maintain a positive, focused, and supportive learning environment.
We’re seeking someone confident, motivated, and who has excellent interpersonal and listening skills. You’ll play a key role in promoting good behaviour, supporting student welfare, and helping every learner reach their full potential. Strong relationship-building skills are essential.
At our school, we believe in the power of teamwork and the potential of every student. Our staff are passionate, hardworking, and united by a shared commitment to transforming lives through education.
We can offer the successful candidates an opportunity to work with highly trained and supportive staff, as well as a whole school commitment to professional development, since we believe that staff development is a fundamental aspect in raising standards further for our students. Our school community is also a highly rewarding place to work. A comprehensive programme of CPD and a commitment to wellbeing support colleagues at all career stages; through the School and the Trust, we provide excellent career opportunities for our staff.
