We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead design and technical operations for our Whitehaven office. As Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of our technical operations—guiding multi-disciplinary teams, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring our projects are delivered with precision, quality and purpose.
Responsibilities
* Champion engineering and design excellence across every stage of project delivery.
* Lead, mentor and empower a talented engineering department.
* Allocate expertise strategically to maximise capability and performance.
* Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, becoming a key voice in project success.
Qualifications
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in nuclear or regulated industries.
* Proven experience leading diverse engineering teams, including site-based or seconded staff.
* Strong understanding and implementation of relevant design codes, standards and procedures.
* Ability to achieve and maintain a level of security clearance for this role.
