You’ll be providing a housing management service, supporting customers to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work. Typical shift as a bank Housing Management Coordinator Working with our independent living over 55's customers There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from supporting customers with housing benefit claims to getting rooms ready for the next customers Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. You’ll also work with the team on e nsuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met. Rest assured that wherever you will be working, we will support you all the way! You bring Enjoyment working with a range of customers and different people to support with their housing. Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift. You’re a real people person, confident to work in different services or locations or teams and get on with colleagues. Ideally, you’ve worked in a supported housing, or housing related background and you must bring your positive, can-do attitude! Some know-how of re-letting rooms, collecting rents and knowledge of tenancies. The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. Our team You’ll join our wider services in Central region and the great thing is you can pick up shifts in any of these services that need it! Currently we have hours available in our Harlow and Epping services in Essex with our Manager Carol Leader. Our team works with our independent living over 55 customers. We’re a supportive bunch, and between us have hobbies and interests including travel, gardening, neurodiversity and all things dogs. Job details Flexible working hours We’re looking for you to work across Essex region which include our services in Harlow and Epping. Able to use technology for creating and updating risk assessment and customer information, doing mandatory learning & keeping in touch with colleagues. To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage! You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
