Maintain store quality and merchandising, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with merchandising guidelines, and shelf product availability. Manage and monitor the stock at the counter effectively. Identify customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their preferences and requirements. Explain product usage to customers interested in making a purchase. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas Day). Proficient use of POS software and other digital systems necessary for smooth counter operations. Convey passion and master the art of storytelling. Build connections with clients, offering solutions and high-quality after-sales service. Your profile and soft skills should be: Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus. Highly detail-oriented and a confident, professional sales personality who embraces challenges and understands retail.
