Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our existing team at East Fife Medical (previously known as Kennoway Medical Group and Methilhaven Surgery) to provide reception and administrative support to our community. The post is varied and challenging and requires the ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach and the ability to work calmly and accurately when under pressure in a busy environment.


Requirements

You should have previous administration or reception experience. Do you have:

* Excellent administration skills with a sound knowledge of IT skills
* An excellent telephone manner
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to use your own initiative or work as part of a team


Position Details

This is a temporary position until February 2026, offering 25 hours per week, with the possibility of contract extension.
