About Us:
UKPaintball is the UK's No.1 Paintball events company, working with over 50 partners across the UK. Based in our Horsham HQ, we pride ourselves on offering a vibrant team environment with great earning potential.
Your Role includes:
· Speaking to warm leads via phone and email, to build rapport and help customers plan their event.
· From memorable birthday parties to action packed stag do's, you will be on hand to convert customer enquiries into bookings.
· Promoting our fun activities and using your skills to close sales
· Liaise with our partnered venues to further develop our working relationships.
· You will be working as part of the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
Who We're Looking For:
No prior experience is required for the role. The ideal candidate should describe themselves as the following:

* Outgoing and confident making / receiving phone calls.

* Able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Fluent in English
We Offer:
· Full time, based in our Horsham office overlooking Horsham Park, in-between the town centre and the train station.
· Standard office hours, with 1 Saturday a month.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 OTE depending on experience and performance.
