Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm • Positively contribute to client relationships • Liaising with clients and engineers via phone, email and other forms of messaging when booking engineer appointments • Reporting any potential problems/issues to the relevant team member • Assisting with processing of email inboxes, ensuring responses are sent in a timely manner • Updating excel track sheets with notes and other required information • Attending JR Team meetings when required, either in person or via Teams • Updating of client portals with progress of works as required • Assisting with other administrative tasks as and when required • Carrying out duties to a quality and standard set out in the Quality Management and Customer Care policy in addition to the Staff Handbook issued at induction
