The Role
We are looking for a driven PAYE Umbrella Account Manager to join a fast-growing recruitment and payroll business. This is an outbound-focused, target-driven role, ideal for professionals with a background in recruitment, payroll, or umbrella services who thrive on building relationships and generating revenue through agency referrals.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment agency accountsand driving temporary contractor referrals. This role combinesaccount management, and strategic relationship building, offering strong earning potential and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with agencies supplying temporary contractors
* Reactivate dormant accounts and secure new agency partnerships outside of the existing base
* Take full ownership of agency accounts, ensuring exceptional service and retention
* Manage contractor referrals efficiently, ensuring compliance with PAYE umbrella, IR35, and AWR regulations
