Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns
6:00pm - 4:30am
£16.63 p/h
8:00pm - 6:30am
£16.88 p/h

Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one and build a long-term career within a growing operation.
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support and drive performance within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a key leadership role focused on managing teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational excellence across the shift.
Team Leader - Purpose of the Role:
To lead and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring daily targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:
Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of warehouse operatives
Driving productivity and ensuring daily KPIs and targets are met
Monitoring workflow and allocating tasks effectively across the team
Supporting training and development of team members
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Conducting team briefings and providing regular performance feedback
Working closely with management to resolve operational issues
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on shift performance
Ensuring quality standards and operational procedures are consistently met
Supporting a positive and productive team environmentTeam Leader - Requirements:
Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a warehouse environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexible and reliable approach to work
Good IT skills and understanding of warehouse systems
Own transport required due to locationTeam Leader - Pre-employment Checks:
DBS check required
