* Commercial Performance: Drive sales, manage labour, and keep a close eye on costs to ensure strong financial performance.
* Operations Management: Keep everything running smoothly—handling challenges quickly and maintaining high standards across the board.
* Stock & Suppliers: Stay on top of inventory, manage deliveries, and ensure seamless supply operations.
* Performance Management: Support, coach, and develop your team while recognising success and driving continuous improvement.
* Resilience Under Pressure: Thrive in a busy environment, staying calm, focused, and detail‑oriented at all times.
