Boys and Boden Ltd are a leading builders merchant. Due to continued expansion we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a full-time sales person at our Llandrindod Wells branch.
Job description
Your job is to get to know our customers, and help them buy the correct products they need. You will love what the builders do and they need to love you.
You will mainly be based in our back office with a team, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, no weekends.
Occasionally, you will go to site and take the builders biscuits and laugh and cry at their exploits. Show that you are interested in their work and you will easily build a long-term bond with our customers so they know they can trust you. You will then gain most of their building material sales.
When something goes wrong with a supply you will do everything in your power to help the customer resolve the situation. Things do not go wrong often, but when they do you will not hide away from the situation but rise and resolve the issue.
You will need to have some experience with selling building products and enjoy all aspects of this job to carry it out effectively.
