Job Description
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the tax department
* Ensure accurate, timely filing of annual tax returns and other business-related filings
* Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise efficiency
* Identify opportunities for tax incentives and rebates
* Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
* Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Business Tax Manager' should have:
* A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
* Professional tax certification
* Expert knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
* Strong management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
