I am currently recruiting for a General Builder to join a housing association on a permanent basis, travelling within Swindon. This role involves working on occupied and empty homes on the damp and mould team.
As a General Builder, you'll receive:
33k salary
Company van and fuel card
Yearly tool allowance
Overtime and call out opportunity
As a General Builder, you'll be:
Carrying out all general building repairs and maintenance
Working mostly on damp and mould remediations
As a General Builder, you'll need:
Experience working in occupied and empty homes.
An NVQ level 2 in a building trade or proven experience
Full licence (no more than 6 points)
Own tools
