We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Item Prep Coordinator to support our production team. The role involves preparing accurate production data, managing information in ERP systems, and ensuring operations and Bills of Materials align with quotations and estimates. This position may also involve cross-functional collaboration and learning opportunities across planning and customer service.
Attend production and prototype meetings on behalf of the department.
Extract information from PDFs, production drawings, and estimates to enter into ERP systems.
Monitor and correct anomalies as necessary, reporting issues via Excel.
Learn cross-functional processes, including planning and customer service, when required.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to read and interpret PDFs and production drawings.
Ability to analyse data and work accurately under pressure.
Flexible and willing to learn cross-functional roles as needed.
5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) or equivalent, including English and Maths.
~ Basic technical knowledge in production, manufacturing, or related fields would be an advantage.
