Role: Advisor Manager Salary: £27,000 Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw) Location: Hull (HU1 3SS) For over three decades, we have been dedicated to supporting individuals and employers across the UK. As an Advisor Manager, youll oversee a team of up to 12 Employment Advisors and Employment Skills Trainers to assist jobseekers in finding employment. You will collaborate closely with the Engagement Manager, manage team performance, productivity and wellbeing, address escalated complaints, maintain key partnerships, and report on performance indicators. Additionally, you will be required to handle your own caseload alongside managerial responsibilities. What youll do Periodic performance management meetings with all staff and development appraisals Qualitative observations of team member service delivery and provision of relevant feedback Manage underperformance and capability issues supportively but rigorously, working in partnership with the HR team to progress persistent underperformance through the disciplinary process Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and interrogation of a sophisticated range of KPI reports Manage local funder partnerships and attend specific meetings, events as invited and as proactively arranged to ensure the relationships is effective Prepare and deliver presentations at partner, stakeholder, and community events Complete accurate KPI forecasting monthly which is reviewed daily and weekly Monitor the quality of customer service in our delivery and resolve escalated complaints. What youll need Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma Experience of working in the welfare to work or employability sectors Experience of working in a fast-paced performance target driven environment Experience of people management including supporting, mentoring, and coaching and developing an individual Technical skills including strong administration skills, good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy/spreadsheet skills and good written communication/record keeping skills.
