A care support organization in Beccles is seeking a Senior Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role involves promoting dignity and independence, conducting supervisions and appraisals for support workers, and applying Positive Behaviour Support techniques. Ideal candidates will have experience in a senior care role, strong communication and leadership skills, and ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. A UK driving licence is preferred.
